Trying to exchange my order was such a pain. It took forever, the whole process was just kinda annoying

I ordered from austads.com and, i wasn’t expecting much one way or the other, but the shipping ended up being faster than I figured it would be.

The tracking email came through quickly, and the updates were actually useful. The box arrived in good shape too, with no dents or anything that made me worry about what was inside.

Delivery was easy and there wasn’t really anything to complain about. I guess I’d order from them again if I needed something, even if I wasn’t exactly excited going into it

I ordered from austads.com recently, and maybe it’s just because I’ve had a few better deals fresh in my mind, but the prices felt a little hard to justify. Some of the stuff was decent, but nothing really stood out as better than similar items I’ve picked up elsewhere for less.
By the time shipping and the final total were added in, it just didn’t feel like a great value. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but based on my most recent shopping elsewhere, I probably wouldn’t rush back.

I ordered this from austads.com and it was pretty much what I expected. The quality feels good, and it arrived in clean condition with no damage or weird marks. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the packaging felt like it could’ve been a little better, even though the item itself was totally fine. Has anyone else noticed the packaging being a bit lacking, or was that just my order? Overall, I’m still happy with it.

The customer service was fine, I guess—not amazing, but not terrible either. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and I remember thinking, “Do I need to chase this up again?” Turns out, yes, I did have to ask twice. It all got sorted in the end, so I can’t be too annoyed, but it wasn’t exactly smooth. Three stars feels about right.
